Meet Milan

A lifelong resident of the western suburbs and the city, Milan Shah has over 15 years of real-world building, interior design, business management, people skills, accounting, and real estate experience. His seasoned knowledge of the industry along with his commitment to client expectations is the winning formula he brings to a successful transaction for his clients.

Raised as the youngest son of three children, Milan's hardworking attitude is a direct result of his Indian immigrant parents who came to America to live the 'American Dream.' Throughout his young adult life, Milan worked in his family's flooring and home decor business where materials, craftsmanship, creativity, and attention-to- detail mattered! He worked with top tier clientele including trade professional who were his repeat clients. He learned at a young age that honesty, hard work, and personal service were the reasons why the family business was so successful. As a result, Milan sold the business to take on real estate full time.

After graduating from Lewis University with a B.S. in Business Administration and Accounting, Milan quickly learned that he has a 50/50 right and left brain aptitude where relationship building was the foundation for his success. While working at his family business,' Milan spent their free time purchasing and renovating homes. During the building and remodeling process, Milan partnered with architects and various subcontractors to develop homes exceptional craftsmanship and value creation.

With strong negotiation and communication skills coupled with marketing initiatives that outperform the competition, Milan understands that a home purchase is one of the largest investments his clients will make, and this process is something he looks upon as if it were his own investment.A lifelong lover for all things interior design, architecture, traveling, fashion and real estate, make him the ideal choice when looking to sell or buy!
